Privacy policy

This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no database. Nothing you do here is recorded on any server of mine. What follows describes what happens anyway, and who does it.

Your progress

The titles you tick as watched are stored in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. They are never sent anywhere, never pass through a server, and are readable by nobody else. Clearing this site’s data in your browser erases them for good — I hold no copy and cannot restore them.

Audience measurement

Vercel Analytics counts page views and a few aggregate interactions (reading depth, outbound clicks). It sets no cookie and creates no persistent identifier: it cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, nor follow you elsewhere.

Advertising

This site is being onboarded to the Google AdSense programme. Once ads are served, Google and its partners may set cookies and process data to personalise them and measure their performance. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, none of that happens before you have given consent, collected through a certified platform you can refuse as easily as accept, and change at any time.

Processing carried out by Google falls under its own privacy policy, over which I have no control.

Affiliate links

Some “Where to watch” links point to Amazon and carry a partner tag. If you buy after clicking, this site earns a commission at no extra cost to you. Amazon may set its own cookies on arrival, under its own policy.

Third-party content

Posters are served by TMDB. Loading them passes your IP address and your browser’s technical details to their servers, as with any image hosted elsewhere.

Your rights

The GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. As far as this site goes, those rights are largely moot: I hold no data about you. For anything advertising-related, consent is withdrawn through the same banner that collected it. For any question, write in.
